Our History

In 1958, a small carpentry workshop was established in Tehran, Middle East. After a few years, the main focus of the business shifted to wood processing and trading various types of wood and wooden products based on market demand.

When the second generation of this family business relocated to Finland, they aimed to develop wood processing and export operations, shipping Finnish wood products to international markets.

Soon after, the board decided to invest in the Thermo Treatment Process for wood—mainly Pine and Spruce sourced 100% from Finnish forests, as well as Ash—through partnerships with leading Finnish and Estonian companies specializing in this field. They also focused on sales and marketing in this sector.

In 2016, the board founded Intelligent Globular Trading Company in Finland (  Member of Espoon Yrittäjät)  , assembling a team of experienced managers and experts in the thermal modification of wood.

Our mission at Intelligent Globular Trading Company is to carefully select raw materials and sawmills, manage and supervise subcontractors’ production lines, and enhance their capabilities. Our experts perform quality control throughout all stages of production. Additionally, we offer construction, renovation, and repair services for houses, terraces, fences, and both outdoor and indoor wood-related products.
